Ingredients:
1. 2 cups (18oz/510g) self-rising or all-purpose flour
2. 2 or 3 eggs
3. 1 1/2 cups (350ml) of milk
4. 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
5. 2 tablespoons of butter/vegetable oil
6. 5 tablespoons of sugar (optional)
7. 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)
8. 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of salt (optional)
9. Add a pinch of salt.
